2nd Week in Provo

Hey Again friends!! This week really disappeared!! It has been another great week in the MTC, I have been pretty sick but that is just how it goes when there are 3,000 people in such a little space. It is awesome to see so many missionaries in one place, I can remember when I used to see some missionaries and I thought it was the coolest thing, but now when we see people from the "outside" as we call it, we all freak out!! The language is insane, super confusing, and can get really frustrating, but I have learned a ton being here for only 2 weeks, and I know that God will help me to learn the language so I can bring his children back too him!! This week we had one of the people who helped write the Preach my Gospel book come and talk to us during a devotional,  and it was a real eye opener for me as to why asking an investigator to be baptized is so important in the first lesson!! My district is honestly my best friends and I fell like I have known them for a super long time!! To be honest, when I first got here 2 weeks ago, I already wanted to go home by the 3rd day. But now I don't even like to think about going home because I love it here so much, of course I miss it but this is such a fun place where you can feel the spirit almost 24/7 and I'm loving it!! If any of you would like to send me some letters that I can read during the week you can just check out dear elder.com!! I really would love to hear from you guys throughout the week!! Love all of you and hope you have a great week!! Because I know I will!!

1st Week in the Provo MTC

So the first week in the MTC is down, only 8 more to go!!! It has been an awesome first week and I am loving how much I feel the spirit here. The food sometimes gets a little iffy, but for the most part it is really good. So I was made district leader the first week here and that was pretty crazy, but luckily I have got the best district in the MTC, or the Korean way to say it is 'MT SHE'. The language kicked my butt the first couple days because the teacher only speaks in Korean the whole time, but now I can read any Korean word and make sentences. We also taught our first lesson, in Korean, the 3rd day there and got wrecked, but we have been teaching her (I'd write her name but I only know how to say it in Korean) for awhile now and I've felt the spirit as we teach her in our broken Korean. She has already committed to reading the Book of Mormon so that was cool!! The MTC is honestly just the best place on earth, except for maybe Busan Korea. I feel kind of bad for all the other districts here because I've got the best one. We've only known each other for a week, but these Elders are my best friends and I wouldn't trade them for anyone!! This is definitely the best decision I have ever made in my life and this experience is going to be the best one ever, Love all you guys and I hope to hear from you soon!! Church is so so so so true!! If anyone is contemplating a mission then just do it, the first few days were really hard but once I hit Sunday it was all good!
