Hi everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last week we put in lots of work and we are starting to see a lot of blessings from it!! We met with our investigator from North Korea (Seok GwangRo) and he is now getting ready to get baptized next month on the 18th! We had a really interesting visit with him!! Last time we met with him he had decided to get baptized into his other church he was attending so we came in with a plan to reteach him the restoration! When we got to his door and knocked though, we could hear lots of yelling inside from him.. We were not really sure what to think so I just knocked a couple more times and he opened the door and was really happy to see us haha.. So we talked a little bit and then he told us he had just got off the phone with his pastor from the church he was going to and that the pastor kept telling him that we were a cult... and he started fighting with the pastor telling him that we weren't a cult hahaha he kept asking the pastor how could two tall handsome and nice young men be a cult?? (Ps Dad I am taller than you now, I have grown a little bit ;P) So then we kept talking for a little bit and I ended up sharing some stories about Jesus healing people and a story from a conference a while back about a man getting healed after his baptism. It really hit brother Seok hard because he is really sick and hurt so we promised him that through his faith he could be healed and made full again! He then  accepted our baptismal invite for the 18th of next month :) it was a really powerful lesson!

Last week we randomly got a call from the bishop in an area called Jinju (which is right next to Sacheon) and he gave us a referral! His name is Jeong YongGun and we will be meeting him later today!! The call actually came while we were meeting with my old investigator from Bangeojin who came up with his friend to meet me! We ate lunch together and then he came to english class and later to FHE! It was awesome to see him again and to try and help him through lots of hard things that are happening in his life!! I didn’t realize how much I missed Bangeojin until I saw him and he started talking about all the members there!! As of now it has been over a year since I have been in Bangeojin.... Crazy how fast time flies!

so in Gumi there is this one street that everyone calls downtown and it is pretty much where all the people are. So we tend to walk up and down it quite often haha and because we are the only white people walking up and down this street we have now gotten a little famous... haha so yesterday because my legs were a little bit hurt we took a little break and just stood of to the side on this street as tons of people were walking by.. and we may have found the best way to get people to talk to us haha because so many people walked by and started asking us what we were doing and lots of people came up to us wanting pictures and what not... Also on that street all the store owners love us so we get discounts all over the place... Reminds me a little bit of what happened in Sacheon... haha

So lately we are focusing on trying to improve our english class so we have been working hard on announcing it and inviting lots of people to it, and we have starting seeing some success! We have a few new students who are coming out now and this coming week we will be doing a proselyting activity for the english class!! I really hope that we can get a lot of people to come!!

I really am loving Gumi! Especially the members here haha They are so awesome!! WE ran into probably my favorite sister in the ward (Sister Kang) and her daughter randomly on the street and the first thing she said was "Have you eaten" sadly we ate right before that so we didn’t eat together but it is so awesome to have members that care so much about the missionaries!! She told us that she has never liked the missionaries as much as she likes us haha so we are doing something right in Gumi!!

Love you all and hope you have a great week!!! :):):):):):):)):):):):):)):):):)
